Is the Pod sold in China?

**Important Notes**

*   Trial & Warranty: Our trial and warranty policies are only valid in the country where your product was originally shipped. Returns and replacements can also only be processed within the original shipping country.
    
*   Forwarding and Additional Fees: While Eight Sleep does handle all import duties in places where Eight Sleep is sold, if you decide to forward your Eight Sleep product to a different location after it ships, you'll be responsible for any additional costs associated with returns or replacements, including shipping, taxes, and customs fees.
    
*   International Shipping: We can't ship products directly between countries (i.e., sizes only available in Europe cannot be sent to the US).
    
*   Tracking: Before an order is placed, we provide the 'ship by' timeline based on current order processing times. Some products may ship separately. The tracking information will be automatically emailed once available.
    
*   International Bank Fees: Some banks may charge an additional fee for purchases made outside of the US. This is not common; however, Eight Sleep does not cover bank-specific fees incurred.
